Sour Cream Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:

1 C. sliced cucumber

1 C. sliced tomatoes 1/2 C. chopped green pepper

1 T. wht. vinegar

1 T. horseradish

1 T. sugar

1 tsp. salt

1 C. sour cream

1/2 C. cottage cheese

Preparation:

Combine seasonings, sour cream and cream cheese to make a dressing.

Fold in combined vegetables and serve on lettuce. Makes 4 servings.
