Pumpkin and Pecan and Pie... Oh My!

Ingredients:
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 C. white sugar
2 C. half&half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 - 10" pie crust
1/2 C. brown sugar
2 C. pumpkin
1 T. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 T. chopped pecans
Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 450.
Beat eggs and sugars
Add pumpkin and 1/2 & 1/2.
Add flour mixed with salt and spices.
Beat well.
Pour into pie shell; sprinkle with nuts.
Bake in 450 oven for 10 min., then at 325 for 40 min.
Top may be decorated with pastry cutouts.
