Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 C. pecan halves

  • 1 C. brown sugar

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 1 C. light corn syrup

  • Single Pie Crust - 9"


Preparation:

  • Beat eggs and sugar until thick

  • Add corn syrup, nuts and vanilla; mix well.

  • Pour into 9" pie pan.

  • Nuts may be sprinkled over filling after pouring in crust, if desired.

  • Bake in 300 oven for 1 hr.

  • Done when reasonably firm in center.
