Delicious!
Preparation:
Measure into bowl:
1 1/2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix together, then stir in:
3/4 C. rolled oats, quick cooking
1/2 C. chopped walnuts
1/2 C. snipped dates
Mix well and set aside.
Beat
1 egg
Then add
1/2 C.sugar
1 C. sour cream
1/4 C. light molasses.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased bread pan.
Bake 40-45 min. in 350 oven.
