Mother's Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 C. sugar

  • 2 T. flour

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 1/4 tsp. salt -

  • 1 egg

  • 4 C. diced rhubarb

  • Double Pie Crust - 10"


Preparation:

  • Combine in order given.

  • Add rhubarb.

  • Fill 10" pie shell.

  • Add top crust.

  • Bake in 400 oven for 15 minutes.

  • Then reduce to 350 and bake until done.
