Mother's Corn Chowder

Serves 4 - 6

 

Preparation:

4 slices salt pork diced and fried in stock pot.


2 onions, sliced and sautéed till tender in pork fat.


6-8 potatoes diced and cooked til tender (boiled then added).


2 C. canned corn or fresh corn cut from the cob.


Add milk for number of servings required.


Salt and pepper to taste.


Serve hot garnished with parsley.
