Makes 9 pints!!!

Ingredients:
12 tart apples
2 T. salt
12 med. green tomatoes
2 T. dry mustard
4 med. onions
2 green peppers
1 C. raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 qt. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. chopped candied ginger
Preparation:
1 Pare, core, and cut up apples.
Scald tomatoes in boiling
water and skin.
Put apples, tomatoes, onions, peppers, and raisins through coarse bladed food grinder.
Add other ingredients.
Heat to boiling, then simmer 1-2 hrs.
Pour into sterile jars and seal.
