Serves 4.

Ingredients:
1 - 6-oz. can lobster
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 C. milk
1/4 C. sherry
1/2 C. grated cheese
Preparation:
Combine lobster and soup.
Add milk and blend well.
Add seasonings and sherry.
Put into buttered casserole and top with grated cheese.
Heat in 300 oven until warm through and cheese is brown.
