Hearty Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients:

1 C. elbow macaroni

1 C. ketchup

2 C. onions, quartered

1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

3/4 lb. hamburger

1/2 tsp oregano

1 sm. onion, chopped

1/2 C. grated cheese

1/4 tsp. salt

dash pepper

Preparation:

Cook macaroni and quartered onions together, drain.

Saute hamburger, chopped onion in hot butter till meat grays.

Stir in salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, oregano, and macaroni mixture.

Turn into greased casserole, top with cheese, and bake 15-20 min. until cheese melts.
