The Creole Sidecar cocktail recipe is made from Clement VSOP rum, Creole Shrubb

orange liqueur and lemon juice, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Dark Rum (Clement VSOP)

• 1 oz Creole Shrubb

• 3/4 oz Lemon Juice

• Garnish: Lemon

• Glass: Cocktail Glass

Preparation:

• Shake rum, orange liqueur and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.

• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

• Garnish with a lemon twist.
