Bologna Triangles

One of the McKinney's all time favorite appetizers!!!

Ingredients:

• 8 oz. cream cheese

• Horseradish

• Deli sliced bologna or salami

Preparation:

• Soften cream cheese

• Season with horseradish to taste. Spread on bologna slices and stack 5 or 6 deep.

• Wrap and chill.

• When ready to serve slice in small pie wedges.
