Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients/Preparation:

  • 1/2 C. blue cheese

  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

  • salt and pepper to taste

Mix and mash and then add and mix well:

  • 2 T. wine vinegar

  • 3 T. light cream

  • 1/8 tsp. worcestershire

  • 6 T. olive oil
