Basil Salad Dressing

Great for a salad of fresh spinach and sliced mushrooms!
Ingredients/Preparation:
12 T. olive oil
6 T. wine vinegar
6 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 T. fine chopped parsley
12 large leaves fresh basil
Pulse in blender to desired smoothness.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
